Students can schedule one FREE fifteen minute consultation with a Tampa Bay area attorney for a consultation on any issue they may have. By appointment only.

Off Campus Housing

Our Off-Campus Housing website has tons to offer! We offer students information on apartments within a 5 mile radius of USF. Students can narrow their search for appartments by neighborhood, housing type, and price range by using our search engine. Our Off Campus Housing website is very helpful to students who are looking for housing as well as students who are looking for roommates.

We also host the Apartment & Business Expo annually in the spring. This year the event will be held Thursday, February 21, 2008. At the event there will be free food, music, games & prizes, as well as apartments and businesses from the area.  

Student Planners

Students can receive a FREE student planner! The planner is not only a way for USF student to stay organized, but also for students to have important numbers and dates at hand. Our office designs and collects the content for the planners annually. For suggestions, please contact our staff.

Ask-A-Bull

Our office can be reached from your computer even after office hours! Students can ask our office any question. If you are not sure where to go to find answers, we will help you find them through chat (during office hours) and e-mail (for after hours).

Key Mate

Have you ever had to deal with the hassle of losing your keys? Key Mate can help! Students can receive a free Key Mate keychain from our office by supplying us with their contact information.

If your keys are ever lost, whoever finds them can drop them in a mailbox (postage on us) and it will be mailed to our office. We will contact the owner of the keys in order to pick them up from our office!

Notary Services

We will notarize documents for students. Students must present their student ID. Notary is by appointment, but we will accept walk-ins if our notary is available.

Roommate Mediation

Roommate conflicts can be tough. Students who live on campus can hold a mediation session with their resident assistant. We are giving students who live off campus, a chance to do the same! Students can schedule an appointment with one of our trained staff members, to work out a resolution for roommate conflict. Students can schedule convenient appointments for weekends and after office hours (to avoid class conflict). Please speak with our staff members or your apartment complex for more information.
